Hey, all – I’m so glad you found your way to this blog post. I wanted to address my new transition from my stand-alone coaching practice to Kimberlite Coaching powered by XY Planning Network. The first thing I want to do is communicate to all my current clients that your experience won’t really be changing all that much. The only true differences you’ll see is that your invoicing will now come from XYPN and my wonderful Virtual Assistant, Siri, won’t be a point of communication anymore (she’s moving on up in the world – graduating with her Master’s Degree in Public Advocacy and Activism and getting a great job in her field of study!). Siri is sticking with me for the next month or so to help me make the transition as smooth as possible.

I am so thrilled about all the new opportunities that this team-up is going to bring to my clients. As many of you know, working as an entrepreneur (or solopreneur) is incredibly rewarding – but it’s also incredibly difficult to go it solo. I’ve been blessed with a rock-star team of contractors who help me move my business along, but this new partnership with XYPN is going to help me take things to a whole new level that would have been difficult to achieve as a stand-alone coach. I believe my clients deserve the best services and most awesome experiences I can provide – and I’m confident that this partnership will make that even more possible to deliver than it already is. I am thrilled to be working with a wonderful bunch of dedicated colleagues in a company with an amazing corporate culture.

I love what I do, and I love the relationship I’ve built with all my clients (and the new relationships I’m going to build with future clients!). The new Kimberlite Coaching powered by XYPN is going to give me the oomph I need to do more of what I love and bring you all more opportunities to grow and improve your business. The possibilities here are truly endless. We’ve already been batting around ideas for more group experiences, mastermind groups, retreats, and intensive coaching sessions – all great things that will benefit you in a big way. I will be digging in to bring new ideas and content to the XYPN Academy. It will be such a joy to work with my established planner clients and the newer XYPN members as well.

For those of you who’ve been on this coaching journey with me, thanks for being there, and thanks for sticking around to see what’s next. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please reach out to me directly. I’d love to chat with you about this transition, and I’d love it even more if I could answer any questions you might have.

Change is the only way businesses grow, and I’m so happy to be going through this positive change with you. Let’s get out there and see what new opportunities are on the horizon!
